Do I need a medical license or medical staff?

No. Apex MD is the medical provider. Licensed Apex MD providers consult with your clients online, order labs and prescribe when appropriate. Your business offers access to the programs; it doesn't practice medicine.

What comes with my Gym Launch partnership?

The Apex MD Optimal Health Platform: access to Apex MD's programs for your clients, the AI-powered health portal, and your own owner admin dashboard. Custom branding, your own landing page and marketing kits are available as upgraded business packages.

Can I choose which programs I offer?

Yes. Offer the entire Apex MD suite or select only the programs that fit your members — GLP-1 weight loss, testosterone and hormone therapy, peptides, labs, concierge medicine and supplements. You can add programs at any time.

How do I see my clients' health progress?

Only with the client's permission. When a client chooses to share, their progress metrics, including body scans, appear in your dashboard. Clients control what they share, and their medical care stays between them and their Apex MD provider.

Who handles prescriptions, fulfillment and support?

Apex MD. Prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies and shipped to the client's door, and Apex MD's patient support team handles clinical questions.
